Advisors may specialize in particular products, or are generalists, offering advice to members in all investment areas, including saving plans and insurance. This role is entrepreneurial in nature, as the business is built independently through the growth and maintenance of the individual’s network, with the brand, strength, and stability of Your Neighbourhood Credit Union (YNCU) behind them. Member Service Representative (Teller) Expand/Collapse

At Community First, a Division of Your Neighbourhood Credit Union,we understand that people are challenged by time pressures, financial pressures and the struggle to maintain a healthy balance between work and home. We are passionate about minimizing the anxiety generated from significant changes and choices in the financial services marketplace.

We are currently seeking a Part-time Member Service Representative(MSR) for our Sault Ste. Marie location who is interested in pursuing a future in the financial services industry. As a MSR you will be responsible for accurately processing a full range of Member transactions, as well as meeting sales referral goals and consistently providing quality customer service in a professional manner.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a post secondary diploma, preferably in business and demonstrated communication, interpersonal, sales and customer service skills. In addition, successful candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience including sales, cash handling, solid computer skills along with customer service sales experience, and a demonstrated willingness to upgrade skills and education.
