With Community First Internet Banking, you can access your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using any computer with Internet access.

To get started, all you need is a computer with an Internet connection to access your Community First accounts. Then, just visit one of our Community First branches to sign up and obtain your Personal Access Code (PAC).

To ensure your transactions are safe and secure, we use 128-bit encryption for all personal data, four levels of security including passwords, military level encryption, proven firewall technology, and observe strict business rules limiting what can be done over the Internet.

Internet Banking allows you to manage your finances in a secure environment. Pay multiple bills, and schedule future dated bill payments.  Schedule immediate, future-dated or recurring transfers from one of your accounts to another, or to another member number in which you have joint access.

Access your MasterCard® credit card activity and your Credential Direct® online brokerage investment activity via our Internet Banking platform.

With Internet Banking you'll be able to filter and search transactions quickly using our enhanced Account Activity feature.

Internet Banking is available in English and French.

Convenient
Extra Features

Create and cancel stop payments, and have the ability to print and download your statements using third party software applications such as Quicken™, Microsoft Money®, Quickbooks®, Simply Accounting®, and Comma Delimited Text formats.  

You can also modify your account yourself, adding a new chequing or savings account to an existing account number, renaming your accounts, ordering cheques, changing your address, and storing up to 10 different account numbers and branches under "My Profile".

eStatements

Viewing your statements has never been easier, members can now view their statements online.

Electronic statements are the fastest and most convenient way to view your monthly statement.

Enjoy the added benefit of viewing and printing a digital image of any cheque that has cleared your account at no cost.
 

HyperWALLET™

Additionally, you can create a HyperWALLET account using Internet Banking.

HyperWALLET is a secure, convenient way to send and receive funds.

By signing up you can email money in Canadian funds, through a secure site, to friends and family anywhere in Canada who have an email address.
